Development of resistance spot welding material card for dissimilar automobile plates

چکیده
Taking the resistance spot welding of automotive steel DC04-HC420LA as an example, failure forces including cross tensile, shear tensile and pull-out tests were obtained in test for dissimilar materials. The fracture model materials was established by finite element analysis method. It compared with experimental data to verify accuracy solder joint mode. And then material card calibrated verified. Finally, accurate established, which can predict key sensitive parts whole vehicle CAE collision analysis, improve analysis.
